Our restaurant and hotel have a very long track record as one of the most popular inns of the Tyrolean Unterland. Operation of the establishment was passed on to Bernhard Kammerlander, an experienced chef and restaurant manager, at the end of 2013. His first aim was not only to maintain the high quality to which the numerous regular guests of Gasthof Schopper were accustomed, but to build on it with a few new ideas and perhaps win a couple additional new loyal fans.
Modern interpretations of traditional regional cuisine is our restaurant theme. Regional dishes made from fresh locally grown ingredients are our fokus. Our guests are enthusiastic about the high quality of our seasonal dishes and local specialties as well as our eclectic selection of top Austrian and international wines.
In addition to our large restaurant (70 pers.) and two snuggeries (23 & 18 pers.), at Gasthof Schopper we also have a big beautiful terrace for 78-90 persons that invites you to rest and relax in the sunshine. We would also be delighted to assist you in planning your upcoming celebration.
